I realized I don’t do a lot of beauty posts here, which is weird because I spend quite a lot of time painting my face on the weekends (I hardly wear makeup when I’m working or on duty weekdays).
Asides from makeup, I appreciate good skincare and beauty regimen because inner beauty doesn’t get Instagram likes. Hahaha I make myself laugh.
Today I’m focused on Henna tattoos as I have admired for soooo long and I haven’t been in the right place and had the time to go get it. Fortunately for me, last week was perfect cos my very good friend, Casey, does ah-mazing henna and she had a booth at this game I went to.
She was very patient with me as it was my first. Haha.
I went for a simple design incase I chickened out (not a reflection on her abilities as she does even full arm/back tatts). But I loved it nonetheless.
Anyway, if you’re based in Lagos and you love good henna, you’re in luck as I’ve teamed up with Casey to have a giveaway.
Just follow these simple steps:
- Follow @demuredenike and @henna_dd
- Repost the photo above
- Tag both handles and hashtag #hennaddgiveaway in the caption.
- The post with the highest likes wins.
Good luck. xx
This reminds me of the saying “Go Bold or Go Home”.
